This action is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all data cannot be recovered.

Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your Hedgo account and all associated data at any time. Here's how.

Delete via the App

Open the Hedgo app

Make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings

Tap the profile icon or the menu in the top corner, then select "Settings".

Select Account

Inside Settings, tap "Account" to see account-related options.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm your decision.

Confirm deletion

Read the confirmation dialog and confirm. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Or Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to:

support@hedgo.app

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile and email address
  • All activity ideas and buckets
  • Ratings and completion history
  • Profile photo
  • Any shared activity links

Deletion is permanent. Encrypted database backups may retain data for up to 7 additional days before being fully purged. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
