1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hedgo. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at support@hedgo.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (activity ideas, notes, ratings). By submitting content, you grant Hedgo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display it solely to operate the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend the Service. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

6. Freemium & Paid Features

Hedgo is currently available free of charge. We may introduce paid subscription tiers or in-app purchases in the future. We will notify you in advance of any changes to the pricing model. Free tier features will remain accessible as described at the time of any such change.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hedgo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Hedgo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Austria, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
